Our Story
We started the original GO: Fitness 23 years ago because we saw a need for a different type of gym in Columbus. One that focused more on Results than “renting equipment” to members.

GO: Fitness became the leader in Central Ohio when it came to Personal Training and Private Coaching by offering a comprehensive program that gives you everything you need to get results.
We also make sure that not only is the training Effective, also that it is FUN!
Enjoying your work out is important to keeping you engaged long enough to help you reach your goals. The owners of GO: Fitness know this and have built their gyms around enjoying your time working out.
Along with all of this, we help our clients to feel empowered to change their lives and enjoy the rest of their lives more.
This is the very reason why GO: Fitness – Training Center is not a gym, but something uniquely different. We give you a complete holistic program to make sure you have everything you need to get the results you want in and effective and fun way.

Effective Workouts
Our exercise program builds up your strength and endurance, while burning calories in and outside of the training center. You also get “on your own” workouts to do when you cannot make it into the gym. In addition, you get free access to our group training sessions via Zoom from our main gym.
Real-World Nutrition
You can’t out work a bad diet. No matter how many miles you log on a treadmill or tons of weight you move; you must fuel your body correctly, to get the results you want. However, the average person does not know what, when, or how much to eat to get results. Many folks get falsely taught they must eat like a rabbit to lean out – not so!
We believe in sharing true fueling with food so much and want you to get the results you deserve, that we include actual RD meal planning software with every Training program. You will also get additional nutritional education handouts and healthy and delicious recipes. Here, you’ll know what you are eating and why to get your goals.
Efficient Recovery
Recovery is one of the most over-looked parts of getting results, but one of the most vital to not only your short-term goals, but also for your long-term health.
GO: Fitness teaches you the necessity to focus on your physical, mental, and emotional recuperation between workouts, so you can give your best in the gym and your life. Here you’ll get the education and tools to help you recover more effectively.

Everyone needs to know what to do and why. We will help hold you accountable by giving you access to our daily education messaging through one of the best international coaching apps – Trainerize.
You will also get additional educational information 2x per month covering everything from nutrition, recovery, goal setting, and many more topics helping you stay on track and leading your best life.
