Your workouts in this semi-private setting can then be challenging to your level of fitness AND you will be seen to get the instruction you need to succeed and progress in your fitness.
With this length of session, you will be able to get in early and warm-up, then you workouts with consist of:
- Pre-hab/Muscle-Activation/Co-ordination Exercises
- A Progressive, Periodized, and Fuctional Workout
- A Metabolic Finisher
We are not training you to look and lift like a body-builder or power-lifter, we are training you to look better, feel better, move better, and be able to enjoy your life more.
Our head trainer has 33 years of training experience, and knows how to get people great results, in the fastest, yet safest way possible, while allowing you to enjoy your journey.
You don’t want to spend 6 months to 10 years figuring out the science and the art of training; That’s our job.
Our job it to plan and balance the physical and mental things you need to get results along with educating you on nutrition and recovery, so you have the best time, without having to think too much, or sort out all the exercise crap you see on Facebook, Instagram and Tick-Tock!

Wearing a MyZone Heart Rate Monitor shows you instant feedback to your exercise intensity level giving you the motivation to push on or hold back. This real-time data gives your coach the information he/she needs to push you to your best self yet every session.

Muscle builds metabolism -> energy. The exercises you will learn to do in our squat racks are the most efficient way to build that toning muscle and up your metabolism. With a 1:6 teacher/client ratio, you will have the proper form instruction and support to lift to your best self along with the group. Those who first feared the squat racks; now are empowered by the exercises they do with this piece of equipment.
You push, pull, twist, and move things low to high & high to low. It’s time you strengthened these moves and get the bonus of a stronger, toner core.
Our cable machines allow you to move in a slow to fast tempo and in any direction your body can go.
Using the cables will make you use your core muscles more than any fixed movement machine because the control of the movement comes completely from you!
Your coach can progress you from one stage of training to the next safely by incorporating the cable work first, then moving to a more challenging exercise.
You will not only be stronger in our gym, but outside the gym also from exercising with dumbbells and these non-typical weights. Having a wide variety of equipment keeps your mind as well as your muscles prepped to move anything.
Some of your workouts will be phenomenal, but not every workout will be great. Receiving daily check-ins, tips, motivations, and success stories will help to keep your momentum moving forward and your eye on the prize – a continual healthy fitness lifestyle that shows inside and out.
You want to know what you are doing means something and not waste time. Your coach does too. Getting monthly Accuniq Bioimpedance Body Scans will help to keep you on track and give your coach the information he/she needs to modify or when to intensify your program.

You will learn how to use our HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) Equipment to get the same results in less than 25 minutes that used to take you an hour on any piece of cardio equipment.
